Absentee Bid Instructions

This form will allow you to submit absentee bids for any of our upcoming auctions. In order for your bids to be accepted, we must have a credit card number on file. A member of our staff will contact you prior to the auction to discuss your bid(s).

If you are the successful bidder an invoice will be emailed to you and your credit card will be charged with the invoice amount.

Buyer agrees to be responsible for the removal and shipment of purchased items from the auction location within the removal time stated during the announcements made by the auctioneer on auction day.

Invoice will be emailed to you after the auction and buyer agrees to allow Bell Auctioneers to charge their credit card with the amount of the final invoice.

All absentee bids must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. the day before the auction
